Superior LeadershipSuperior Leadership is a content-rich, results-focused leadership workshop that is in a class all it’s own. Using a comprehensive competency-based leadership assessment, you will uncover strengths and weaknesses in your approach to problem solving, driving results, and collaborating with others. You will then learn ways you can develop twelve leadership competencies drawing from content, discussion with other leaders, and opportunities to practice skills learned. At the end of the session, you will write a personal action plan, get input on it from other leaders in the room, and have six weeks to execute it before the follow up. Increasing Your Emotional IntelligenceIncreasing Your Emotional Intelligence is perfect for people who understand that the most successful people aren’t just intelligent; they’re emotionally intelligent. Our brains feed us data in the form of emotions throughout the day that impacts how we solve problems, make decisions, and interact with others. This course helps participants understand the impact of those emotions even when we aren’t aware of them. You will leave this session with a specific action plan for increasing your emotional intelligence in four areas. You will then have the opportunity to implement the tools taught in class and practice through e-learning that brings emotional intelligence to life. After six weeks of practice, you check in with a coach and retest to check progress. With the results of the retest and guidance from your coaching session, you’ll update your plan and continue to practice.
