Mark is an IT Manager who took a 360 as part of a customized leadership development session for his team. He thought he had a good understanding of how others perceived him and it surprised him to find out that his perception was inaccurate. He learned that there were areas his boss thought he could improve that weren’t revealed in his performance evaluations because those used vague forms.
