Sunday Welcome Reception
Your retreat officially begins with a welcome reception Sunday evening. You'll meet the women who will become a new community that uplifts, informs, and inspires you well after the retreat has ended. It's a fun filled evening with great food, valuable discussion, laughter, and new friendships.
Day 1: Monday
Beginning bright and early on Monday, Dr. Heather Johnson will lead you through a series of challenging and insightful exercises, with each new topic building on the last. You'll practice each of these new skills as you progress through the topics to gain clarity and ignite your personal and professional growth.
Monday Evening Dinner Cruise
Wrapping up the first full day you'll be treated to a paddleboat cruise along the St. Croix River. You'll enjoy a MN BBQ, great music, the company of new friends, and an opportunity to practice new skills outside of the 'classroom'.
Day 2: Tuesday
On our final day, you'll begin the morning with more exercises, practices, and insightful discussions. You’ll leave at the end of the day with a clear action plan and special gifts to keep your fire burning bright.
As the retreat comes to an end, there will be time for hugs and the opportunity to make plans for keeping in touch. We encourage you to keep the magic of this experience going and gather with your new friends from Women IGNITE! somewhere in town to reminisce, share your favorite moments, and solidify how you will continue to support one another moving forward!
