Women IGNITE! provided tools that can be applied to every facet of your life and used forever! Not just in your work, but that also apply in your personal life to be more effective and efficient. In just 2.5 days I was able to identify ways my energy was being drained and left with an action plan to increase my focus and productivity.

The last few years have really taken a toll and it's impacted nearly every aspect of our lives. Women IGNITE! gave me the time to reset and recharge, leaving with an actionable strategy and a playbook for putting my new plan into action right away. At work I have more energy, am more productive, and told my boss this was worth every penny!

It was so impactful to spend dedicated time away with like-minded women to talk through our challenges, and learn the correlation between some of our own habits and many of the challenges we face. I left refreshed with a sense of clarity and game plan for time management, prioritization, and much, much more.

Heather is an amazing woman all around! Her ability to teach, impact and motivate is incredibly impressive. Her insights, knowledge and thought leadership are a benefit to those around her, and to the students in her sessions. Beyond her professional success, she is an inspiration and it is evident she is just as wonderful in her personal life.

To say that it made an impact in my everyday life is an understatement. I met impressive women that I am going to make sure I don't lose contact with. I walked away with a sense of empowerment, mindfulness, and confidence that I don't think I have ever experienced before. I'm excited to put the tools I learned to work and have already felt much more in control of my life.

The 'Women Ignite!' retreat was amazing! Three days were a condensed collection of all I learned in my prior 53 years of continuing education. And even better because of the limited class size, the interaction with attendees, the great location, the boat trip, and the discussions taking place even when not in class. I wish I could tell every woman 'Here Is Your Key To Succeed – GRAB IT!'.
